Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Executive based in Ahmedabad. The IT Support Executive will manage and resolve technical issues, perform troubleshooting, provide end-user technical support, and oversee IT operations. Responsibilities include network administration tasks, system maintenance, and ensuring a smooth operational workflow within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Experience with Network Administration, including configuring and maintaining network infrastructure
- Strong understanding of Information Technology fundamentals and practices
- Skills in managing IT Operations to ensure uninterrupted workflows and system reliability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and interact with team members
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the beauty and skincare industry is a plus
- Professional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are advantageous
