Role
IT Support Executive to provide first-line support to users, manage IT assets, and maintain system stability across hardware, software, and network environments. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills, user engagement, and adherence to IT policies and compliance standards and coordinates with internal and external clients, and vendors. Ensuring that all I.T. systems are fully operational.
Responsibilities
a) Respond promptly to service desk requests and incidents, ensuring quick resolution
b) Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals) and software (Windows, Office 365, VPN, etc.)
c) Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, coordinate repair/replacement, and assist in disposal as per policy d) Ensure timely patching, antivirus deployment, and compliance with security protocols
e) Assist in onboarding/offboarding users and coordinating with HR or admin as needed.
f) Liaise with vendors or OEMs for hardware/software support or warranty claims.
g) Provide basic network and printer troubleshooting in coordination with Network or Infrastructure teams. h) Handles the installation, documentation, and maintenance of software supported in all computer activities. Ensures the validity, proper installation, and running capability of software installed in all computer terminals.
i) Installed and troubleshoot SAP agent. Worked with SAP team
Qualification
Graduation in Computer Science or IT engineering
Experience
a) 0–2 years of experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT operations
b) Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and IT ticketing systems
c) Familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts, IP addressing, and basic networking
d) Experience with remote desktop tools, asset tagging, and system imaging is a plus
