Job Title: IT Support Executive / Campus Technical Support

Job SummaryThe IT Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across the campus. This role ensures the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and digital systems, enabling uninterrupted academic and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to all departments, computer labs, and administrative offices
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and server performance
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access control systems
- Perform routine system updates, data backups, and antivirus/security management
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced troubleshooting and AMC services
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and service logs
- Assist in setting up and ensuring smooth execution of online classes, seminars, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and best practices
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. IT) or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Hardware & Networking (preferred)
Skills Required- Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, and network security
- Familiarity with MS Office, email systems, and remote support tools
- Effective communication and coordination skills
Experience- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical roles
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills may also be considered
