DESIGNATION : IT Support Executive
Experience Required: 0–1 Years
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with basic technical knowledge who can manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure smooth functioning of systems, and provide support across teams.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Outlook (email setup, troubleshooting, configurations)
- Handle email management and support, including issue resolution and account setups
- Provide support for Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed
- Assist in computer/laptop configuration, installation, and setup
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain IT assets and ensure proper documentation
- Provide basic network and system support
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related requirements if needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Understanding of data backup and recovery processes
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to technical issues
- Basic knowledge of networking is a plus
PREFERED QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications (if any) in Microsoft or IT support will be an added advantage
