Role Description
The IT Support Engineer - Hardware Troubleshooting role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. The individual will handle day-to-day IT systems, perform hardware and software troubleshooting, and provide technical support across the organization. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, maintaining system performance, and assisting with help desk support queries. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure smooth IT operations and quick resolution of technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and System Administration to maintain and optimize system infrastructure.
- Experience providing Help Desk Support for addressing user inquiries and technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of industry-standard IT systems and hardware components is a plus.
