We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English (Mandatory) and a basic understanding of IT support and server environments. Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot system, email, and user access problems
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
- Support Windows/Linux servers
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and user systems remotely
- Help users with password resets, system access, and general IT issues
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
- Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware (basic tasks)
- Support basic Cisco networking tasks and troubleshooting
- Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of servers and networking
- Familiarity with VMware, Cisco, and Cybersecurity concepts (basic level)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT field
