Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain, upgrade, and manage our IT systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory).
- Support Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and network connectivity.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data security.
- Document issues, solutions, and system configurations.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
- Experience with firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
