Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Noida. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, administering systems, and resolving challenges faced by users efficiently and effectively. The role also includes managing IT services and ensuring seamless technology operations to support organizational goals.
Provide L1/L2 Desktop Support and End-User Support (hardware, software, OS issues).
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage and support Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD) for device and identity management.
• Assist with endpoint security using Microsoft Defender.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN).
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Desktop Support and End-User Support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. • Basic networking knowledge (Router, Switch, Firewall concepts).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Should be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts.
