Purpose of the Role:
To design, implement, manage, and maintain an organization's computer systems, networks, and software applications, ensuring their functionality, security, and efficiency by troubleshooting technical issues, managing infrastructure, and supporting the deployment of new technologies within the company.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware and software. Ensure that the system integrates with other systems.
- Identifying and resolving complex technical issues across systems and applications
- Analyzing system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies
- Proactively identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures
- Maintain servers, Switchs, Routers, update computer programming, and monitor the infrastructure
- Implementing robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems
- Staying updated on emerging security threats and implementing necessary mitigation strategies
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and data privacy standards
- Evaluate new technologies and consider how to incorporate them into the system.
- Provide technical support to users of computer systems and networks.
Qualitification:
- Diploma / Any Degree with 5+ years of experience in Network and system Administration.
- Understanding of network protocols, network security, and troubleshooting the complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical concepts, and document solutions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiar with CRM Tools. Prefer candidate from BPO and KPO industries.
