Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer at CtrlA Technologies, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, handling system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing help desk requests. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT issues, configuring systems, monitoring network performance, and collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to provide timely and effective solutions to clients
- Proficiency in Information Technology and System Administration for maintaining and managing organizational IT infrastructure
- Excellent ability in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to address both hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with network management and IT systems
- Effective communication skills to interact with users and resolve their concerns
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
