Position Overview:
We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, hardware and software troubleshooting, network support, and office IT infrastructure maintenance. The role involves providing technical support to employees, ensuring system stability, and maintaining the smooth functioning of office IT systems and connectivity. This is a hands-on technical support role suitable for candidates with strong troubleshooting abilities and practical knowledge of office IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and office hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network-related issues
• Manage Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Handle system formatting, software installations, updates, and antivirus management
• Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure and network stability
• Support employees with day-to-day IT issues and technical assistance
• Configure email accounts, user systems, and access permissions
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and internet-related issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and basic technical documentation
• Ensure data backup, system security, and preventive maintenance
• Support biometric devices, printers, and connected office systems
Skills Required:
• Hardware & software troubleshooting
• Windows OS installation & support
• Network & Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Printer & peripheral support
• Antivirus & system maintenance
• Basic networking knowledge
• Remote desktop support
Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration
• Knowledge of networking tools and remote desktop support will be preferred
• Experience handling office IT infrastructure and user support preferred
