We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer who's ready to hit the ground running — supporting employees onsite, remote.
What you'll do:
→ L1/L2 support for onsite, remote & hybrid employees
→ Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 & macOS issues, VPN, networking & hardware
→ Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning & user access
→ Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
→ Oversee IT asset management, endpoint security & compliance
→ Coordinate with vendors for hardware & support services
What we're looking for:
✔ 1.5–3 years of hands-on IT support experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting on Windows & macOS
✔ Proficiency in AD, Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
✔ Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
✔ Experience with ticketing tools
✔ Great communication & a customer-first mindset
✔ IT security & compliance awareness
