Assistant Manager - IT Support Engineer
Shahdara, Near Karkardooma Court, Delhi

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant Manager - IT Support Engineer to manage ERP support, IT infrastructure, networking, user administration, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling day-to-day IT operations along with strong troubleshooting and system management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance
- Manage user creation, modification, deactivation, and access control as per company policies
- Assign and monitor user roles, permissions, and system access rights
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and system-related issues
- Handle LAN/WAN networking setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure
- Ensure data backups, IT security, and system availability across the organization
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, AMC, and service support
- Maintain smooth functioning of overall IT operations and infrastructure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in ERP systems and user access management
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
- Basic understanding of IT security, data backup, and system administration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT responsibilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Candidates residing near Shahdara / East Delhi will be given preference
- Minimum relevant experience in IT support and infrastructure management preferred
