Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Support Specialist, based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The IT Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting system and application issues, maintaining and servicing desktop computers, and ensuring efficient help desk operations. Additionally, the role involves supporting employees across the organization in resolving their IT-related concerns and collaborating with the broader IT team to improve systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and identifying/resolving hardware and software issues.
- Strong understanding of Desktop Computers and related hardware components.
- Experience in Information Technology operations and infrastructure management.
- Competence in Help Desk Support, including ticket management and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in both in-office and remote environments as part of a dynamic team.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft are a plus.
- Experience working in a corporate or service-centric environment is preferred.
