About the Role
We're looking for an IT Manager to lead IT operations across corporate offices and retail stores, ensuring smooth system performance, secure infrastructure, and seamless new store setups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our IT systems, supporting daily operations, and facilitating the deployment of new retail locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our growth journey, ensuring that our technology backbone remains robust, secure, and scalable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Hands-on expertise with POS systems, networking, and hardware deployment.
- Familiarity with CCTV, surveillance systems, and security protocols.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple store rollouts and IT projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based SaaS tools and platforms.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage all corporate IT needs, including procurement, setup, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and software applications.
- Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure for new retail stores, including POS systems, hardware deployment, and network setup.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and footfall camera systems across multiple locations to ensure security and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize internet connectivity and network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and security across all sites.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of IT equipment and systems.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and infrastructure from threats.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and store personnel, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning for future IT needs aligned with company growth objectives.
