The Role
The position of IT Support Analyst is a new role in the Global Support team of Optimise. The role reports to the Technical Support Manager and will also be working closely with the Chief Technical Officer.
You will work alongside our established UK Technology team and you will be based in our Kerala office. You will provide technical support for our wide-range of Ad-tech applications, physical & network infrastructure to users across our global business.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an IT Support Analyst, you will work closely with users across the group ensuring that our Technical Support Infrastructure provides the best experience for our users and conforms to our Information Security Policies.
Our Stack consists of:
▪ Microsoft Windows Active Directory
▪ AWS Cloud
▪ Azure & Office 365
▪ Freshdesk Ticket System
▪ Linux based VMs
▪ 3CX phone system
▪ In-house developed web applications
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
▪ Managing and maintaining user accounts within Microsoft Entra
▪ Managing and maintaining Azure and Office 365 including Exchange, Teams & SharePoint
▪ Maintain & monitor Windows Workstations, VPNs, switches and VMs
▪ Creating, maintaining and testing backups
▪ Assisting in managing the Information Security Framework
▪ Maintaining Info Sec Policies and compliance
▪ Auditing
▪ Patching and Updates for software and firmware
▪ Internal & external network vulnerability scanning
▪ This role reports to the Technical Support Manager
Person Specification
▪ Knowledge of IT systems and operational procedures
▪ Ability to work to strict timescales
▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
▪ Works well as a member of a team
▪ Comfortable with multi-tasking and problem-solving
▪ Experience administering users, groups, permissions and computers within MS Entra
