Role Overview
- Tryzent Technologies is looking for a motivated and dependable IT Support Engineer / Managed Services & AI Automation Engineer to support an international managed services engagement and contribute across other ongoing technology initiatives.
- The selected candidate will primarily support managed IT services operations, including end-user support, SaaS administration, access management, cybersecurity basics, backup monitoring, vendor coordination, and issue tracking.
- In addition to support responsibilities, the role will also participate in developing and implementing AI-assisted solutions to improve support operations over time, including automation, ticket triage, knowledge workflows, and AI-based support enablement.
- This role is ideal for a candidate early in their career who has strong learning ability, good ownership, good English communication skills, and is comfortable working in an early-morning shift aligned to international support hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for user issues related to systems, software, access, accounts, and day-to-day IT operations.
- Log, track, update, and resolve support tickets with proper documentation and timely follow-up.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, access updates, licence assignment, and deactivation.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, password resets, MFA setup, security settings, and user access controls.
- Monitor endpoint protection, patch compliance, security alerts, backup jobs, and restore-related requests under guidance from the team.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and platform support teams for issue escalation and follow-up.
- Provide basic support for website, CMS, integration, or SaaS platform issues where required.
- Prepare support updates, internal notes, issue summaries, and operational documentation.
- Assist in identifying repetitive support issues and opportunities for automation or workflow improvement.
- Support the design, testing, configuration, and rollout of AI-assisted support solutions such as ticket triage flows, chatbot workflows, knowledge-base driven support, anomaly detection, or internal AI-assisted resolution processes.
- Work with the internal team to build and improve AI-based support workflows using prompt engineering, APIs, automation logic, and structured support data.
- Document AI-related workflows, configurations, and operating guidelines to support future scale-up of the managed services function.
- Assist across other Tryzent initiatives involving support, testing, configuration, deployment, automation, and operational coordination.
- Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and ownership while working with internal stakeholders and external users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, helpdesk, system administration, software support, or a related role.
- Basic hands-on understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS user support.
- Awareness of user account management, MFA, endpoint security, patching, and backup concepts.
- Comfortable using helpdesk or ticketing systems and maintaining issue records clearly.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of automation, APIs, AI tools, chatbots, or scripting concepts, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly.
- Ability to work responsibly in an early-morning shift and in a remote working environment.
- Good attitude, ownership mindset, discipline, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Good to Have
- Exposure to HubSpot, website CMS tools, or SaaS product support.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity tools such as antivirus, EDR, DNS filtering, or security alerting.
- Familiarity with backup tools, vendor support coordination, or remote device troubleshooting.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, Python, JavaScript, automation platforms, prompt engineering, or AI support workflows.
- Interest in building AI-driven support solutions and improving operational efficiency through automation.
