We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven IT Staffing Partnership Coordinator to build and manage staffing vendor partnerships and support our recruitment operations.

π― Role Overview
The IT Staffing Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, onboarding staffing partners, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration between external vendors and internal hiring teams.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT staffing, vendor coordination, recruitment operations, and partner management.
π Key Responsibilities
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify and onboard new staffing vendors and recruitment partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT staffing agencies.
- Maintain an active database of recruitment vendors and partners.
- Coordinate with vendors for resource availability and hiring requirements.
- Recruitment Coordination
- Share job requirements with staffing partners and track submissions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, vendors, and internal teams.
- Follow up on candidate status, feedback, and offer closures.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles.
- Vendor Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage the complete onboarding process for staffing partners.
- Collect and maintain required agreements and compliance documents.
- Ensure NDA, contracts, and vendor documentation are properly maintained.
- Track vendor performance and engagement metrics.
- Operations & Reporting
- Maintain reports on submissions, interviews, closures, and vendor performance.
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and hiring pipeline progress.
- Support management with recruitment and vendor MIS reports.
- Coordinate with HR and delivery teams for smooth hiring operations.

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and requirements simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools

- Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
