Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite).
We’re looking for an experienced IT Staffing Floor Manager with 8+ years of US IT Staffing experience to lead and motivate our recruitment team during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage the US IT Staffing recruitment team.
* Drive team performance to achieve interview and placement targets.
* Monitor recruiter productivity, submissions, interviews, and closures.
* Develop recruitment strategies and ensure timely client delivery.
* Collaborate with account managers and leadership to meet business goals.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
* Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
* Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work in the Night Shift (US Hours).
