Description:
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience in implementation support, review, or advisory roles; interaction with government departments, PSUs, or IT vendors; exposure to multi departmental initiatives desirable
- Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Applications, or a related discipline; higher qualifications will be an advantage.
- Experience: 5–6 years in IT projects, preferably e Governance or public sector IT programs or advisory/consulting roles supporting government departments.
Expected to:
- Review and assess existing IT and digital systems used in the mining sector to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support in program-management of workflow digitization initiatives to streamline approvals, applications, and monitoring processes
- Monitor progress of ongoing and proposed application and system development projects to ensure adherence to timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in review meetings with Government departments and system developers, documenting decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements.
- Provide structured inputs on system integration, dashboards, and digital monitoring tools to strengthen governance, transparency, and project monitoring capabilities.
