Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist located in Pune. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering the hospital’s IT systems, managing network infrastructure, ensuring robust network security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves providing IT support to staff, maintaining hardware and software systems, and implementing IT policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues
- Ability to provide effective Customer Service and IT support to all users
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or related credentials are advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
