Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijapur for an IT Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, ensuring network security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The individual will support end-users by responding to IT-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and implementing technology solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Network Security, including monitoring and managing security protocols
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide effective IT support and manage user requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant credentials are a plus
