Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in international client acquisition across USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Singapore markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to generate and close business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (USA, UK, AUS, Canada, Singapore)
- Acquire clients for IT services including AI solutions, software development, web & mobile applications
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other sales channels
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams for proposals and delivery alignment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT services sales / software services
- Experience in international client handling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
