Job Summary:
The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance and user support to school staff and various departments for effective usage of the ERP system (MICM). The role involves resolving queries, guiding users on system functionalities, and ensuring smooth operation of all ERP modules related to school and student management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to staff and departments via calls, emails, and in-person assistance regarding ERP (MICM) usage.
- Assist users in understanding and effectively utilizing various ERP modules related to academic, administrative, and student functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a log of queries, issues, and resolutions for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for unresolved or complex issues.
- Conduct basic training sessions or guidance for staff on ERP functionalities and updates.
- Ensure data accuracy by guiding users on correct data entry and process flow within the ERP system.
- Monitor system usage and report any irregularities or recurring issues.
- Assist in ERP testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) for handling user queries.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and guide non-technical users.
- Good coordination and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, databases, and software applications.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Any relevant field
- Certification in IT Support / ERP systems (preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP support (preferably in the education sector)
Reporting To:
- IT Manager / ERP Administrator

- Willingness to learn and adapt to system updates
