Highly skilled in sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and create a strategy to target and develop these clients
• Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
• Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with new clients.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to stay up to date on industry developments and establish new connections.
• Achieve Sales Targets via Inbound & Outbound Leads.

Requirements:

• Experience working on tools like Sales Navigator, Upwork Etc.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the IT industry
• Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
