Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Trainee who is interested in working in a product-driven technology company and gaining hands-on exposure to product sales, customer engagement, and market development.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand company products and effectively communicate their value proposition
• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and market research
• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and demos
• Support product presentations and demonstrations
• Maintain and update CRM tools and sales pipelines
• Assist in customer requirement gathering and lead qualification
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of product-based sales cycles and SaaS offerings
• Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly
• Knowledge of customer discovery and lead qualification
• Interest in technology products, fintech, and digital platforms
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence
