Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
IT Sales – Staffing Specialist to drive contractual staffing business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and delivering staffing solutions across IT technologies.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients with IT staffing requirements
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and procurement teams
- Understand client hiring needs and position Durapid as a preferred staffing partner
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify growth opportunities
Staffing Coordination
- Collaborate with recruiters for timely candidate delivery
- Manage SLAs, hiring pipelines, and client expectations
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts
Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Negotiate billing rates, margins, and contract terms
- Drive account expansion and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales / Recruitment Sales / B2B Tech Sales
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends
- Proven client acquisition and revenue generation experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines
Good to Have
- Existing network of hiring managers and enterprise clients
- Knowledge of staffing models: Contract Staffing, T&M, Staff Augmentation
- Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or IT/ITES industries
