Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for SaaS / Enterprise / B2B Sales roles across US & European markets.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing niche sales roles such as Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers, BDMs, and Regional Sales Leaders within IT/FinTech or Product organizations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales roles (US/Europe markets)
- Partner with business leaders & global stakeholders for hiring needs
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn & other channels
- Hire for roles like:
- Account Executives
- Enterprise Sales Managers
- Business Development Managers
- Regional Sales Directors
- Conduct competency-based interviews (consultative / solution selling)
- Drive offer negotiations & closures within tight timelines
- Maintain strong pipeline of SaaS/Product sales talent

- Quota
- ARR
