Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales for the Invest Mango platform (app-based real estate solution)
- Identify and acquire new clients including builders, brokers, and property investors
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and channel partners
- Conduct product demos and explain platform features effectively
- Convert leads into long-term clients and ensure retention
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Upsell premium listings, subscriptions, and advertising solutions
- Develop strategies to increase platform adoption
Market Insights:
- Track real estate and prop-tech market trends
- Gather client feedback to improve product offerings
Location: Pune
