๐ Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven IT Sales Executive to manage the complete sales lifecycleโfrom lead generation to deal closure and project handover. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for business growth.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐น Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate high-quality leads within the Indian market
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers
๐น Client Communication & Requirement Analysis
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand business needs and project requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
๐น Proposal Development & Cost Estimation
- Create customized proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
- Recommend solutions aligned with client goals
๐น Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms effectively
- Close deals independently while achieving targets
- Manage contracts and documentation professionally
๐น Project Handover & Coordination
- Ensure smooth transition of projects to the development team
- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams
- Support project initiation and execution
๐น Business Travel (If Required)
- Attend client meetings and industry events when needed
- Travel and accommodation will be covered by the company
๐ง Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Hands-on experience in IT sales and lead generation
- Basic understanding of software development and IT services
- Familiarity with bidding platforms and lead generation tools
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client management skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently
๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working with Indian clients is mandatory
