We're hiring: IT Sales Manager (Inside Sales) - Mulund West, Mumbai
Our client, a well-established cloud consulting company serving 20,000+ customers across India & USA, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing B2B inside sales team focused on IT, cloud, and device management solutions (Google Workspace, Okta, ScaleFusion, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity offerings).
Role details:
📍 Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 5-8 years in IT/B2B Sales
💰 Compensation: ₹75,000 - ₹80,000 per month
🕒 Employment: Full-time | Immediate joiners preferred
What you'll own:
- Full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- A team of 12-15 Inside Sales Representatives
- Direct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and strategy
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
What we're looking for:
- Strong B2B/IT sales and business development background
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Experience managing and coaching Inside Sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
