Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Manager with strong experience in Document Management System (DMS) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in the enterprise software space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for Document Management System (DMS) and related software solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and propose customized DMS solutions
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solutioning
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in IT/software sales
- Strong exposure to Document Management Systems (DMS) is mandatory
- Experience in B2B/enterprise sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and complex sales cycles
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with SI (System Integrators) and OEMs
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, workflow automation, etc.)
- Strong network in relevant industry sectors
