About the Role


We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Interns / Freshers / Executives who want to start their career in IT Sales and Lead Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship building.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, international markets, and modern lead generation tools.


Key Responsibilities


Account-Based Research (ABR)

  • Identify and build targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn, Dripify, Snov.io, and other research platforms.

Outbound Prospect Nurturing

  • Engage with potential clients and nurture prospects to create a qualified sales funnel for the sales team.

Client Requirement Understanding

  • Interact with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and areas of interest.

Relationship Building

  • Maintain consistent communication with potential clients through emails, cold calling, and follow-ups to build long-term relationships.

Meeting & Appointment Coordination

  • Schedule appointments and discovery calls between prospects and the sales team.

Sales Target Support

  • Contribute toward achieving assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Sales Tracking & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads for future follow-ups.

Sales Strategy Support

  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve lead generation and outreach strategies.

International Market Outreach

  • Identify and collaborate with agencies or partners that can support business development in international markets.

Proposal Assistance

  • Assist the team in preparing proposals that create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain structured reports, spreadsheets, and lead databases for tracking progress.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the team with other assigned sales and business development activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing (freshers are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to B2B lead generation.
  • Experience or interest in cold calling and email outreach.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
