We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to drive business growth in the IT solutions space. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, meeting customers in person, and managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers across industries for IT solutions and services
- Generate leads through databases, LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and other platforms
- Reach out to prospects and schedule meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present suitable IT solutions
- Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline/funnel
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and drive them toward closure
- Collaborate with internal technical and pre-sales teams for solution alignment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and vendors
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Track and update all sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, IT, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently interact with clients and decision-makers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
