Spectra Solutions is seeking an experienced, self-driven IT Sales Executive to drive new business in the US market. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT services sales who can independently identify opportunities, engage prospects, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business development by identifying and engaging potential clients in the US market.
• Conduct prospecting and lead generation using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce CRM.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
• Represent Spectra Solutions professionally while positioning our IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of overall sales experience, with at least 4 years in IT services sales targeting the US market.
• Proven ability to independently generate leads and close new business opportunities.
• Experience selling technology services such as Data & Analytics, Salesforce, SAP, Cloud, or related IT solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with US-based clients.
• Hands-on experience with sales enablement and CRM tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Strong prospecting, research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
