We help agencies, SaaS companies, and operational businesses remove manual work and scale operations through automation infrastructure. Our clients are primarily located in Europe and North America.
We are looking for a high-performance Sales Closer who can convert qualified inbound leads into signed projects.
Role Overview
This is a consultative B2B closing role.
You will handle qualified inbound prospects (no cold calling). Your responsibility is to understand the client's operational problems, position the appropriate solution, and close the deal.You are not an appointment setter — you are responsible for closing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and strategy calls with qualified prospects
- Identify business pain points and operational inefficiencies
- Translate business needs into automation solutions and clearly communicate project scope
- Share project scope with Tech Leads for feasibility check and ballpark estimate
- Present proposals to prospects
- Handle objections and pricing discussions confidently
- Negotiate scope and secure client commitment
- Follow up systematically to close deals
- Update CRM after every interaction and maintain pipeline accuracy
- Establish long term client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and expansion opportunities.

Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years experience closing B2B deals
- Proven experience selling to US or European markets
- Experience selling services or consultative solutions
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for commitment
Required Skills
- Strong spoken and written business English
- High-quality discovery questioning ability
- Confident objection handling
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate with senior decision-makers
- Professional video-call presence
Preferred (Advantage):
- Experience selling automation services, SaaS, or agency services
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, etc.)
- Experience with Zoom or Google Meet sales calls
- Basic understanding of workflows, integrations, or business systems
Working Hours & Availability
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Since we serve clients across different time zones, calls may occasionally be scheduled between 6:30–9:00 AM or 6:00 PM–12:00 AM IST. This is not continuous work — only attendance for booked calls and necessary follow-ups.
Flexibility is provided during daytime working hours as long as all scheduled calls, follow-ups, and targets are maintained.
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed monthly salary
- 5–8% commission on each project closed after meeting the base target
Commission is paid after the client signs the agreement and makes the initial project payment.
High performers can significantly exceed the base salary through commissions.
Your primary responsibility is diagnosing needs, positioning solutions, and closing deals.
