Role Description This full-time, on-site IT Sales Executive role is based in Lucknow. The IT Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and present SigmaIT’s software and SEO services to prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with technical teams to propose suitable solutions, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, following up on inquiries, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The IT Sales Executive will also track sales performance, update CRM or sales records, and contribute to sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to effectively sell software and related services.
- Strong Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build and sustain a high-quality client base.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to understand software development and SEO offerings and translate them into client-focused solutions.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or IT services.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office productivity software for reporting and documentation.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
