Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving sales for IT services and solutions offered by the company. The IT Sales Executive will also develop proposals, provide consultations, and collaborate closely with technical teams to understand and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ technology needs.
Qualifications
- Develop a deep understanding of all company services, solutions, and target industries.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Provide timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships post-sales for continued engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and client experience.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Updating and maintaining a customer database.
- End to End project pipeline expansion - lead generation, cold-calling, in-person visit, converting it to Prospect, deal closure, customer support and ensure customer delight.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions and services.
