Position Details
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Sector-2, Noida (Work from Office)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–1 Years (IT / Software Sales Experience)
Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Selling IT services & software solutions (B2B)
- Lead generation via calls, WhatsApp & email
- Scheduling demos and follow-ups
- Negotiation and deal closing
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Reporting and CRM update
Eligibility & Skills
- Education: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and convincing ability
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (Based on interview)
- Target-based incentives and bonuses
- Performance-based appraisal after 6 months
