Position Details

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Sector-2, Noida (Work from Office)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–1 Years (IT / Software Sales Experience)

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Selling IT services & software solutions (B2B)
• Lead generation via calls, WhatsApp & email
• Scheduling demos and follow-ups
• Negotiation and deal closing
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Reporting and CRM update

Eligibility & Skills

• Education: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and convincing ability

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (Based on interview)
• Target-based incentives and bonuses
• Performance-based appraisal after 6 months
