Gofillip is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Closer to join our team onsite.
💼 Experience: 2+ years in sales/closing roles
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Based on experience
📍 Location: Onsite
Responsibilities:
🔹 Engage with warm/qualified leads and guide them through the final stages of the sales process
🔹 Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to drive conversions
🔹 Handle objections confidently and negotiate terms to close deals
🔹 Follow up consistently to maintain strong client relationships
🔹 Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status
🔹 Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales/closing
✅ Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
✅ Confident, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure
✅ Strong follow-up discipline and objection-handling ability
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
