Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive
growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying
new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue
generation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and an
understanding of technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI-driven cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Experience: 1 - 15 years
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity domains, IT Infrastructure & Network
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital security solutions.
- Experience in startup environments or high-growth organizations.
- Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
- Knowledge of sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
