Job Summary
Aayan Infotech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate with 1–3 years of experience in International IT Sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and a proven track record of independently closing deals for software development and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, networking, and other sales channels.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and independently close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in International IT Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in independently closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Experience selling IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Software Development, QA, DevOps, or Digital Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach, and lead generation tools.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of international markets including the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
