Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Sales Associate in Kolkata. The IT Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, presenting IT solutions tailored to clients’ needs, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires working closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in B2B and B2C sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including software, applications, and digital marketing solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Sales pipeline management and CRM software expertise
- Analytical skills to identify business needs and craft effective solutions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
- Prior experience in IT sales or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
