Position: IT Sales / Business Development Executive for an IT & Digital Marketing Services Agency
About Role:
We are an IT services company with strong expertise in digital marketing, looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative to drive client acquisition & conversion.
Experience Required:1 year - 3 years
Location: Mumbai | Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for mobile & web app development services
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with lead data
- Research target markets and client needs
- Use of AI to expedite outreach
- Use of AI to create professional proposals
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Services / Digital Agency sales
- Strong communication and pitching skills
- Knowledge of mobile & web development services
- Hands-on experience with CRM & lead generation tools
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Worked on platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, etc.
Good to Have:
- Experience of attending offline events.
