- Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced “General Manager & Sales Lead” to drive business growth while managing India operations and delivery excellence. The role involves leading sales strategy, client relationships, offshore delivery, operations, and P&L management to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth and enterprise sales in the USA, Australia and Singapore markets.
- Develop GTM strategies, manage pipelines, proposals, and key client relationships.
- Oversee India operations, offshore delivery, resource management, and process optimization.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and operations.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Build strategic partnerships and strengthen global market presence
- Required Qualifications:MBA/PGDM(in Marketing & Sales) from reputed schools
- 10-12 years of overall experience, at least 6-8 years of experience in IT services/software solutions
- Strong exposure to North American and global markets and offshore delivery models
- Proven expertise in sales leadership, delivery governance, and operations management
