Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for the UK and EU regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements specific to these markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management (pre- and post-offer).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle UK contract hiring with a solid understanding of IR35 regulations, SC clearance, and GDPR compliance (mandatory).
- Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners
- Ensure adherence to regional hiring laws and compliance standards.
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate and stakeholder experience through effective communication.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in UK & EU recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of international sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to work across UK/EU time zones.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
