We are looking for 10 dynamic IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Noida! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for finding top-tier tech talent, we want to hear from you.
What we are looking for:
• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
• Sourcing Mavens: Proven ability in innovative sourcing beyond job portals (Social media, headhunting, networking).
• Engagement Specialists: Strong candidate engagement and "holding" skills to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Location: Must be comfortable working from our Noida office.
