Job Title: IT Recruiter – Fresher
Location: Suryapet
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in US IT Staffing / Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/vendors.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to close positions on time.
- Learn and understand visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.) for US staffing requirements.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process is a plus.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate – B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in IT Staffing / Recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage.
