A dynamic IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring and deliver quality candidates within deadlines. If you have strong coordination skills and experience in vendor handling, this role is for you!
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ End-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing to Closure)
✔️ Understanding client requirements & delivering within TAT
✔️ Vendor management & coordination
✔️ Maintaining strong candidate pipeline
✔️ Interview scheduling & feedback tracking
✔️ Ensuring proper documentation & tracker updates
- ✅ Requirements:2+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling vendors is mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
