Job Title : IT Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Recruiter (3 to 6 months experience) to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Recruiter , you will assist in the recruitment process, support the HR team with various tasks, and gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
➢ Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
➢ Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews
➢ Coordinate interview logistics, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate records
➢ Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
➢ Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork
➢ Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement
➢ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience: Freshers with 3 to 6 months internship experience in Recruitment
Contract duration: 3 months (conversion to full-time based on performance).
Education qualification: Any UG and PG (2025 and 2026 graduates)
